Photos/images and audio/video recordings obtained during events and activities on board will be retained for an unlimited period.

The facilities belonging to IPM GROUP, which holds the databases containing your personal data, are: Marina Port Andratx, Marina Port de Mallorca, Marina Ibiza, STP Shipyard Palma, Varadero Valencia, Varadero Ibiza, Pinturas Monzó, CKIPM and IPM Management.

 

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right at any time to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request the rectification of your personal data;
  • withdraw consent for the use and disclosure of your personal data;
  • request the erasure of your personal data;
  • receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller;
  • object to the processing of your personal data, including for marketing or profiling purposes;
  • obtain restriction of processing of your personal data;
  • request information regarding the purposes of processing.
