Gabriel Roca, 27, 07157 Puerto de Andratx), as a company belonging to IPM GROUP, hereby informs you of its Privacy Policy regarding the personal data currently included in the IPM GROUP database for various communications or collected through the different forms available on our website (www.marinaportandratx.com).

 

IPM Group Details

IPM Group (Iniciativas Portuarias Mallorca Group) is a group of companies dedicated to the construction and management of marinas and shipyards, as well as advisory and consultancy services for nautical projects at both national and international level. It is composed of the following companies:

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The data you provide will be processed exclusively by the companies of IPM GROUP for the following purposes:

  • Managing enquiries or requests submitted through the forms on our website.
  • Sending quotations or commercial offers requested through any of our contact channels.
  • Compliance with legal, health or safety requirements within our facilities.
  • Specific communications regarding changes or notices concerning our facilities.
  • Provision of ancillary services or products.
  • Business or statistical purposes.
  • General communications regarding news, events, activities or any information of interest according to your profile, related to services previously contracted by you.
  • Other complementary purposes, such as shared communications among IPM GROUP companies.

 

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Under no circumstances will your data be publicly disclosed. Your data may only be shared, for the purposes indicated above, with the following categories of recipients:

  • Internal staff of IPM GROUP, acting as data processors or controllers.
  • Suppliers or collaborators of IPM GROUP who provide services requested by you and necessary during your stay at any of the Group’s facilities.
  • Individuals, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance or consultancy services to IPM GROUP in order to safeguard its legitimate interests (such as accountants, lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, consultants in audit or due diligence matters, etc.).
  • Companies or agencies providing marketing, analysis or consultancy services to IPM GROUP.
  • Entities whose right of access to your data is recognised by legal provisions or regulations issued by competent authorities, including port authorities at the ports of disembarkation.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

As a general rule, your data will not be transferred to third parties except for the cases indicated above within IPM GROUP, always subject to your consent and where there is a legal obligation. Your data will not be subject to international transfers.

 

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The information collected is subject to the security measures implemented by IPM GROUP in accordance with current data protection regulations. Your data will be retained for the duration of the relationship and until deletion is requested, and in any case in compliance with the legally established limitation periods.

Photos/images and audio/video recordings obtained during events and activities on board will be retained for an unlimited period.

 

DATA CONTROLLER

MARINA PORT ANDRATX (Iniciatives Portuaries Mirall De Mar De Mallorca, S.L., with registered office at C/ Cardenal Rossell, 20 Local 5, 07007 Palma de Mallorca, and located at Av. Gabriel Roca, 27, 07157 Puerto de Andratx) forms part of IPM GROUP and is responsible for processing your data.

The facilities belonging to IPM GROUP, which hold the databases containing your personal data, are: Marina Port Andratx, Marina Port de Mallorca, Marina Port Ibiza, Marina Port Mahón, Marina Port Valencia, Marina Ibiza, STP Shipyard Palma, Varadero Valencia, Varadero Ibiza, Pinturas Monzó, CKIPM and IPM Management.

 

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right at any time to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request rectification of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for the use and disclosure of your personal data.
  • Request erasure of your personal data.
  • Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit those data to another controller.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data, including for marketing or profiling purposes.
  • Obtain restriction of processing of your personal data.
  • Request information regarding the purposes of processing.

We also inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification or erasure of your data, as well as the right to restriction of processing, in which case your data will only be processed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, and the right to object to processing, whereby we will cease processing your data.

To exercise your rights, you must submit a written request enclosing a copy of your ID card or passport, either by visiting our offices or by sending a registered letter to the above-mentioned registered address.

If you have requested the exercise of your rights and have not received a satisfactory response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
